The Trouble with Vimeo Password Reset.

I’ve been trying to reset the password for Vimeo account and keep getting the same error.
Whoops! We are having some technical difficulties, please try again in a minute.
I have been trying to reset the password for the past two days and still getting the same error message. I could not contact Vimeo support because I need to log-in to do so. I guess I’ll create another account so I can contact them.

this problem persists. very frustrating and to create a new account to get through to them is ridiculous. i have requested my password 3-4 times over the last 4 hours. so far, zippo *crickets*
