Mac OS X 10.6.6 Update is now available on Apple Support Downloads page.

Apple just released Mac OS X 10.6.6 coinciding with Mac App Store Opening. So much for the rumors that it would open at 12:00 PM Eastern Time. The build number is 10J567, while the previous versions carry the build number 10J537.
