I have been getting a lot of request from people looking for Gateway Computers Windows XP Drivers, especially for the SATA bus.
For those who are looking for this driver most likely purchased a Gateway computer. The driver is taken from Gateway disc, and it is zipped.

Seagate Barracuda SATA 2, & 3OO SERIES states on the front panel, and I quote “WindowsXP or 2000 prepares the drive during installation.” I bought a 500 Gb for $80 plus Seagates comes with a 60 month warranty so if it fails once it’s on them and go get your money. compusa.com has the best deals that I could find.
can’t get the audio driver to work for my gateway t6836, is the sigmatel high definition audio codec and i tried already around 26 different drivers but still not working with win xp, any hel please??

the gateway t6836 has the drives for vista 64 in the disk, in recovery function and in the page gateway.
I buy a gateway t6836 with windows vista home 64 bit preinstalled, and i format and install windows xp service pack 3, i get the drivers for differents pages (almos chinese), but everything its working, if you need for windows xp you can emailme, maybe i can help.

No Sound On Gateway MT3422 After Installing XP
Hi…I Have Laptop Gateway MT3422 and i install XP because my Vista broke down…I had no problems installing drivers(LAN,Wireless,Video)…but there is no sound( the driver is SigmaTel STAC9200 @ nVIDIA nForce 430 (MCP51) – High Definition Audio Controller and it doesn’t seem to work) Please help me out with this 🙂

Hey everyone.. I have a Gateway 6843 as well as a Dell 1735 and I downgraded from CRAPPY Vista back to XP. Everything worked perfect accept my sound.
I got drivers for both my laptops at http://www.icanfixyoursound.com
They had a Tutorial and Free drivers for installation and everything.. It helped me so I thought I would share the info to you guys.. take care

I finally have all the drivers together in one place for the ML3109. I have them posted on my public folder on my skydrive associated with my email address, a_danziger@hotmail.com. Email me and I’ll authorize anyone who needs access to them. Of if you want to get them some other way from me just let me know. Sorry that it took so long but I had them on my daughter’s machine and had to wait for her to come visit me from London so I could copy all of them to one place.
I still need Video Controller (VGA Compatible) for Gateway ML3109. I have manage to get all the other drivers installed but this one. Any help is appreciated.
