When Bender dies, his disembodied software begins haunting the Planet Express building.
In “Lethal Inspection” it was revealed that Bender does not have a backup unit. In “Ghost In The Machines” Bender dies and turns into a ghost, robot ghost.
There’s Robot Devil, voiced by Dan Castellaneta from Homer Simpson fame.
